At Lock9Lodge we require you to follow our Terms & Conditions. We pride ourselves on our rules and regulations that if patrons don’t follow our requests there will be actions taken. We hope you can respect our place with the highest of regard so that ourselves and our future visitors can enjoy our accommodation as you do.

Here are some things you need to know

• Checkin is at 4pm
• Checkout is at 9am
  (We can discuss this further as it gets closer to your stay)
• We also notify you prior for your full payment and all forms must be complete and returned before your arrival date.
• Our forms are very important due to insurance and government legislation.
• Water vessels are available and included when you hire Lock9Lodge.
• No pets are allowed.
• No firearms or weapons.
• No motorcycles.
• Damages & breakages are the responsibility of the hirer/s and will be charged at a cost.
• Personal insurance is the responsibility of the hirer and no responsibility or liability will be accepted by Lock9Lodge Pty Ltd for any injuries or loss of property.
• We ask everyone to be vigilant and respectful of other river uses.
• Travel at night is strictly forbidden.
• Boat drivers must over the age of 18 and the must have a current drivers or boat license.
• The fuel tank will be full. Any other fuel required is at the hirer/s expense.
• Life jackets must worn at all times.
• We have life jackets available in a variety of sizes but we recommend that for smaller children and or non swimmers to bring their own. We recommend a life jacket with the crutch strap for safety. Our river is approximately 8 metres deep around the pontoon.
• We require you to bring your own beach towels for swimming. We don’t include these towels.
• Deck chairs can be brought for your own use.
